Words from a language often have completely different meanings in other languages which paved the way for this project of false friends. These cards accompanied with interesting illustrations give a unique insight to the meanings and scripts of languages around the world. The card could be used by language enthusiasts as collectibles, conversation-starters or even to teach children about the diversity in the world.

With the government easing the clearances needed to set up industry in the country, it was necessary
to remind the people about the consequences of such legislations. A group of 30 designers and illustrators came together to illustrate various aspects of the new regulation
citing sources that could be shared on various online platforms. I had worked on the fatal gas leaks that took place in Visakhapatnam earlier in May 2020. My brief was to explain the incidents leading up to the event in a very engaging way. I decided to work in a very grunge style, working with layers and textures to create interesting imagery. The Collective managed to get almost 10,000 people to write emails to the environment ministry to rethink the new laws. With almost 1.7 million emails reaching the ministry from various other people- movements, the ministry has decided to deliberate.
